A graduate of our very own youth section, Mark returns home after three years at Kilmarnock, where he’s been learning his trade and contributing to their development pathway. We’re thrilled to welcome him back in a role where his energy, knowledge, and passion for the club will shine.

Gerry Hawkes, Interim Development Officer, shared his thoughts as he hands the role over: “It’s been a privilege to lead the schools programme and drive coach engagement during the recruitment process. The support has been fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier to pass the ball to Mark on a permanent basis. He’s come through our system, he knows what this club is about, and I’m excited to watch him take things to the next level.”
