At Hamilton, we are actively looking to increase the number of girls playing rugby and with Steven Meenagh, Club Development Officer increasing our School Community programme we have high hopes that these new teams will grow stronger and stronger!

Steven Meenagh commented:

"One of my main aims when I joined Hamilton was to increase participation of the game at all levels at the club and especially with the girls. We have our Senior ladies team who are entering a league this coming season for the first time and we are looking to build a sustainable pathway for younger girls to grow into the senior team"

Club President, Ross Whiteside added:

"This is exciting times for our club with these new girls teams being formed. The Ladies and Girls game is the quickest growing sport at the moment and as a community club we are looking forward to welcoming more girls into our rugby club!"
