eligible to vote on any matter.

(1) Documents
A copy of key documents (Minute of 2023 AGM, 2023 Financial Statements, Constitution) will be
made available at the meeting. Any member wishing to receive an electronic copy prior to the
meeting should request them by email to secretary@hamiltonrugbyclub.co.uk

(2) Annual Subscriptions
The Committee recommend that for season 2024/2025 the subscription charge for each category
of Membership should be set at the following levels:

Ordinary £185; or £206 by direct debit
Associate £95;
Family - £125;
Youth/Full time Student £80;
Child - £38

(3) Members’ Questions
As is normal, members will be invited to ask questions on the evening. However, to help the flow of the meeting and to ensure that queries can be answered effectively, you are encouraged to submit any questions or proposals you might have by Monday 17th June, via email to: secretary@hamiltonrugbyclub.co.uk
