After everyone enjoying a welcome drinks reception, it was yours truly that hosted the evening keeping everything just about to time including a conversation with incoming men’s coach Scott Smith.

Awards, Try of the Season and thank you’s were presented throughout the evening in between dinner courses. Laura Cunningham and Jamie Gemmell thanked our amazing physio team by presenting flowers on behalf of our senior teams. Thank you’s were presented to John Lindsay who is stepping down after years of service along with John Selfridge who has hung up his boots this season. Andrew Wilson presented a thank you gift to Ben and Tweag from the senior men’s side. We also introduced new awards this season of Best Newcomer.
