Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Hamilton Rugby Football Club will be held as follows:

Purpose of the Meeting

The EGM has been convened by the Main Committee in accordance with Rule 28 of the Club Constitution to consider and, if thought fit, approve:

Proposed changes to the Club’s colours and branding, including amendments to Rule 23 (Club Identity) of the Constitution.

The proposed colours, branding concepts, and associated design materials will be presented to Members at the meeting, following which Members will be invited to discuss the proposals and vote on the resolution.

In accordance with Rule 28(d), no other business will be considered at this meeting.

Proposed Resolution

That the Members of Hamilton Rugby Football Club approve the proposed changes to the Club’s colours and branding as presented at the meeting, and that Rule 23 of the Constitution be amended accordingly.

Voting and Quorum
• A quorum of 15 Members present and entitled to vote is required.
• Voting eligibility is as defined in Rule 29(b) of the Constitution.
• As this constitutes a constitutional amendment, the resolution requires a two-thirds majority of Members present and entitled to vote, in accordance with Rule 29(d).
