Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of Hamilton Rugby Club will be held on Monday 16th September 2019 at 7.30pm in the John Allan Suite, Hamilton Rugby Club, Bent Road, Hamilton.

The agenda for the meeting is posted within the clubhouse.

All voting members are encouraged to come along to discuss and approve the 2018 accounts.

Voting members are Ordinary, Honorary and Life Members.
