Hamilton's own Aidan Trim hooks himself a Warrior start!

Hamilton Bulls Under 16’s hooker Aidan Trim has had a busy 2018 in the middle of the front row.

After an intensive period of Spring time trials Aidan was selected to represent Glasgow and The West within the The Fosroc Scottish Rugby Academy. A highly competitive run of games across the country followed against regional teams from Caledonia, Edinburgh, and Borders and East Lothian. This culminated in the finals day at Murrayfield.

From these performances Aidan was selected to play for Glasgow Warriors against Edinburgh Rugby in the home and away ties contesting the 1872 cup.

Aidan currently trains at the regional centre for Glasgow and the West as part of the Scottish Rugby Academy Performance Development Program. This program is aimed at raising the standard of elite players flowing into pro rugby, international rugby and the top level of the club game.

Aidan began playing rugby with Hamilton Bulls at four years of age and continues to represent Hamilton Under 16’s in the Shogun Conference.

Well done Aidan. Keep up the good work!
