Sixteen ladies turned up for the Hamilton Ladies first training session in September 2016. A fun, fit evening was had by all and so the Hamilton Ladies AKA 'The Heifers' were born.

They have gone from strength to strength under the guidance of a committed coaching team with over twenty-five regular players, including four Under 15 girls. Although starting as a touch team, it has now evolved with those wanting to develop their contact tackling able to do so at the end of the regular touch training sessions.

The girls and ladies have had a wonderful season developing their knowledge of rugby, fitness as well as their bond as a team.

To celebrate their success they are playing against a formidable Hamilton Coaches All-Star Team on Friday 5th May - 7.00pm for a 7.30pm KO.

It is set to be an entertaining and exciting game of rugby - we hope to see you there!
