As we enter another season it is time to renew membership payments for the club. This is a vital part of our funding and helps to provide equipment, facility maintenance and resources to improve both the playing aspect and wider club.
Senior Club Players and Non-Playing Members
The membership year runs from the 1st August to 31st July each year and fees must be paid by 28th August (If signing up to the Monthly Payment option you must have done this by the 21st August to allow for process time)
Payment can be made by Cheque (payable to Hamilton Rugby Club), Cash or by selecting pay online next to the relevant option. If you currently pay via Standing Order or Direct Debit please cancel this (for monthly payments for the Ordinary Membership this would be after the final July payment of £13 has been paid) and use our new online membership payment options.
When paying by cash or cheque, it must be accompanied by a copy of the membership form at the foot of this page.
Ordinary Membership
This provides full membership of the club and voting rights at all General meetings. This is the level of membership required for any person representing the club and all senior players other than those covered by the Youth membership scheme.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP £70
Allows use of the clubhouse but doesn't cover playing/representative eligibility and excludes voting rights.
STUDENTMEMBERSHIP £60
This is restricted to any person who is still in full-time education and over 18 years of age.
NON PLAYING FAMILY MEMBERSHIP £85
This allows the whole family to enjoy the use of the clubhouse facilities. Covers up to 2 adults and all children within a single household who are eligible for child or youth membership with the exception of those in further education. Adults have the same rights as individual Associate members and children do not require a separate child membership.
UPGRADE JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP TO FAMILY MEMBERSHIP
Where you have children paying Junior Membership, this can be upgraded depending on the number of active Junior Memberships.
