SCRUMS - New Player Management System introduced by SRU

The SRU have set up a new player management system called SCRUMS which requires all players to sign up to the system. For players under 18, parents/guardians must do this for them.
Can I please ask that this is completed as soon as possible

The SRU have provided the attached documents on how to sign up

2. ‘Youth Player Registration’ leaflet for parents of youth players
3. ‘SCRUMS Parent Letter June 2018’, explaining the youth player registration process

Email Verification – when a player or parent provides their email address, they will receive an automated message from SCRUMS to confirm that the email address provided is a valid one. This email will request the player / parent to click on a link to verify their email address. Some email servers have been rejecting these automated verification emails and we are working to resolve this. Please do not worry if you or any players / parents / club officials have not received these. If an email address has not been verified in the system it will not prevent a player from being fully registered and we will resend verification emails once the issues have been fixed.
