Leading example for Scottish Rugby in our player retention and approach to development.

Hamilton Rugby Club, were presented at Scottish Rugby's Club Conference and praised for its processes and retention rates from Youth rugby to Senior rugby.

The club have been held up as the leading example for Scotland and their learning shared among like minded clubs. It further cements the clubs position in Scottish Rugby and its continued development and focus to "leave the club in a better place for the future."

Scottish Rugby have produced this video in conjunction with Hamilton Rugby Club and Tanami Film based in Edinburgh.


Ross Whiteside "It has been extremely beneficial to work with Scottish Rugby and Tanami Film on a club video to aid other clubs with player retention. We are committed to developing players through our youth system and and continue to invest heavily in community development programmes and a sustainable future for Hamilton Rugby Club and the amateur game.''
