At 11:30 last Saturday in the middle of a growing puddle on our pitch I called our match against Kirkcaldy off. At 3 o’clock my frustration doubled - the rain had stopped and we could have played the match!

The team and I are therefore desperate to get back into Tennent's National 1 action against Kelso today!

The guys showed loads of energy during this week’s sessions and I know they are focussed on a positive performance.

We’ve named an unchanged starting line up for the Kelso game with Taz McLaughlin, Ross McQueen and Greg Richardson up front, Jordan McLean & Jack Bruce in the middle and Gregor Brodie, Robert Brown and Scott Alexander in the back row.

Scott Leggate, Gareth Jones and Scott White form the bench.

Hugo Crush and Owen McLeish are at half back with Mark Wallace and Ross Jamieson in the centre, debutant Max Priestly and Ben Plant on the wings and Andy Wilson at full back for a 100th Bulls appearance.

Russell virtue and Craig Skilling complete the squad.

Toos are at Watsonians with a powerful looking squad and 1927 visit Kilmarnock.
