The sessions are open to anyone aged 13 to 18 and will take place at Hamilton Rugby Club on Wednesday 11th of October from 6.30pm - 8.30pm, anyone wishing to addend the session can sign up HERE or Email Alan Falconer our Development Officer or turn up on the night to register.

Hamilton Rugby Club delivers Rugby to children and young adults in our local community throughout the year focusing on improving fitness, sports skills and life skills to help build confidence. As part of our involvement programmes we would like to offer everyone age 13-18 an opportunity to experience our club facility and our coaching environment.
