60 Years a Bull!
Congratulations to Eck
Sandy 'Eck' Kilpatrick celebrates 60 years being a member of Hamilton Rugby Club this year and we held a lunch for him at the Rugby Club last weekend.
What an afternoon it was too! Over 70 people attended, including 7 former Club Presidents for a lovely lunch and lots of laughs, jokes and live music.
Eck was clearly overwhelmed with all the warm wishes thrown upon him and was delighted to receive a gift on behalf of Officials and the Members of Hamilton Rugby Club which was presented by Ross Whiteside.
Eck sent me the following message.
"My wife and I would like to thank the club very much for the lunch and presentation on Saturday. The food and speakers were a credit to the tradition that the club has been establishing.
We really enjoyed meeting friends, old and not so old. I learned new facts about the Club, some of which made us quite humble. Thank you! Eck"
