We are pleased to announce the return of Hamilton Rugby Club’s Summer Camp for children in P4, P5, P6, P7 and U13's (season 2017/18).

Our team of professionals will be providing a great chance to keep our players' rugby skills honed during the break through a 3 day camp for Primary School players on the 18th, 19th and 20th of July.

Children eligible for camp are those playing in the P4, P5, P6, P7 and U13 age groups in Season 2017/18.

Our course includes

The Bulls Summer Camp
This camp is for anyone in Primary 4, Primary 5, Primary 6, Primary 7 or Under 13 after the summer holidays.
Camp Dates: Tuesday 18th, Wednesday 19th and Thursday 20th of July. Camp outline and information below
Primary Camp Outline
Drop off after 9am,
10am - Camp starts
10am-11am Rugby Skills
11am -12noon Rugby Small Sided Games
12noon – 12.45pm – Lunch
12.45pm -2pm –Rugby Alternatives (Different team sports to develop different skills for rugby)
2pm -2.15pm – Afternoon water break
2.15pm – 3.30pm – Rugby Games
3.30pm – 4.30pm – Pick up

All children will require, Sun Cream, Water, Packed Lunch, Change of clothes for the afternoon session (If wet), Gum shields, protective wear and any medication required. We recommend that children do not bring fizzy drinks or sweets.

During the Bulls Primary school camp, all players will be taught a number of key rugby skills to help them develop and prepare for the coming season. Our focus will be on games and we aim to improve each player’s fitness while playing enjoyable games. Having fun while learning new skills and socialising with other children are our main goals.
